At Gondola Shelving, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including original packaging.

  • A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed shelving

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
